sven_eppert Join the Xmas Special of “Catch the Monkey” on sharewiseDecember 14, 2007

b-to-v Investorenkreis financed stock community sharewise offers a exclusive Xmas-Special for members of the b-to-v network: a special edition of the successful stock market game “catch the monkey”, which launched earlier this year. All members of the b-to-v network can prove their trading skills and win an exclusive dinner with Matthias Kröner, CEO of the listed FIDOR AG and co-founder of the DAB bank. Background of the game has been a survey among members of the b-to-v Investorenkreis from four weeks ago in Vienna. Thereby 14 members predicted falling share prices, while 6 expected rising prices, with 10 members being indifferent.

The stock market game is based on the theory of the well-known Professor Burton G. Malkiel from the University of Princeton, author of the book “Random Walk Down Wallstreet”. Thereby a random portfolio chosen by a monkey would outperform the expensive recommendations from professional financial analysts.

You are invited to join until Dec 24, 2007 in order to prove that the “wisdom of the crowd” of the b-to-v network can falsify this theory. After having registered for free on sharewise all you need to do is choose five stocks, which prices will gain most in value until Xmas and beat the Kong Vestor, sharewise’s home-grown monkey. Have a look at Kong Vestor choosing randomly the stocks in the video below:

This is our plaze: BrainsToVentures AG (b-to-v) in St.Gallen.

Blumenaustrasse 36

You can find our location on Plazes www.plazes.com under BrainsToVentures (b-to-v), Blumenaustrasse 36 in 9000 Sankt Gallen, Switzerland (Latitude: 47.428566933514 / Longitude: 9.3788350657736).

Plazes is a b-to-v portfolio company that adds the up to now missing location component to social networking software. As an online service, plazes allows users to manage and publish their favourite locations. By doing so, it lets users build and retain social networks based on present, past and future locations. Plazes then adds value to popular applications such as Skype by enhancing these with the user location profile. Just recently Plazes started focussing on “acitivities” – a new feature that allows you to plan activities at specific places and easily invite others to join.
